1.Overview

Selfic AI Inc. ("Selfic AI," "we," "us," or "our") provides an enterprise AI execution and governance platform and related websites, products, services, support, and business operations (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information when you visit our websites, communicate with us, use the Services, or interact with us in a business capacity.

This Policy applies to personal information for which Selfic AI determines the purposes and means of processing. When we process personal information on behalf of an enterprise customer under its instructions, that customer generally acts as the controller/business and Selfic AI acts as its processor/service provider. Requests concerning customer-controlled data may need to be directed to the relevant customer.

2.Information We May Collect

  • Contact and account information, such as name, business email, telephone number, company, title, account identifiers, and authentication information.
  • Business and commercial information, such as inquiries, contracts, subscription and billing records, customer-support communications, and relationship history.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device/browser information, timestamps, diagnostic information, logs, security events, and interactions with our websites or Services.
  • Customer content and configuration information submitted to or processed through the Services, including integration settings, workflow or agent configurations, and enterprise data made available by a customer. The content involved depends on the customer deployment.
  • Recruiting and workforce information when a person applies to work with us or works with us.
  • Information obtained from business partners, service providers, publicly available professional sources, events, or other lawful sources.

Please do not provide sensitive personal information to Selfic AI unless it is necessary for an authorized use of the Services and permitted by your organization and applicable law.

3.How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, configure, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and support the Services.
  • Authenticate users, administer accounts, integrations, permissions, and authorized actions.
  • Communicate about products, support, security, transactions, contracts, and business relationships.
  • Monitor reliability, prevent fraud or abuse, investigate security events, and protect Selfic AI, customers, users, and third parties.
  • Improve and develop our Services, including through analytics and testing, subject to contractual restrictions and applicable law.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, establish or defend legal claims, and complete corporate transactions.
  • Conduct sales and marketing activities where permitted, including responding to inquiries and managing event or prospect relationships.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, our bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital or legal interests, and consent where required.

4.Enterprise Customer Data and AI Services

Enterprise customers control the systems, data sources, permissions, workflows, models, agents, and integrations they authorize for their deployment. Selfic AI processes customer-controlled data to provide and secure the Services and as otherwise instructed or permitted by the applicable agreement. We do not claim ownership of customer content. Specific data-processing, security, retention, residency, model-provider, and deletion commitments may be addressed in the applicable customer agreement or data processing addendum (DPA).

Selfic AI may support connections to third-party AI models, applications, and infrastructure selected or authorized by a customer. Those third parties may process information under their own terms or under enterprise arrangements established by Selfic AI or the customer, as applicable. Customers should configure integrations and permissions consistent with their legal, security, and governance requirements.

5.How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary for the purposes described above:

  • Service providers and subprocessors that support cloud hosting, infrastructure, security, communications, analytics, customer support, business operations, payment or accounting functions, and professional services.
  • Customer-authorized third-party applications, integrations, model providers, or destinations when a user or customer configures the Services to interact with them.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, financing sources, and corporate transaction counterparties subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the Services.

Selfic AI does not sell personal information for money. If our practices constitute a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under an applicable privacy law, we will provide any legally required notice and opt-out mechanism.

6.Cookies, Analytics, and Browser Signals

Our websites may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for operation, security, preferences, measurement, or analytics. Third-party website technologies may also collect information as described in their own notices. Where required, we will provide consent or preference controls. Unless we expressly state otherwise through an implemented preference mechanism, our Services may not respond to legacy "Do Not Track" browser signals. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control, we will honor it as required for the relevant processing.

7.Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide the Services, satisfy contractual requirements, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information and the context in which it is processed. Customer-controlled data is retained and deleted in accordance with applicable customer agreements, configuration, and legal requirements.

8.Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers and users are responsible for protecting their credentials, configuring permissions appropriately, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized activity.

9.International Data Transfers

Selfic AI is a United States company and may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other lawful transfer mechanisms for cross-border transfers. Enterprise customers may contact us regarding available data-processing and transfer terms for their deployment.

10.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a decision concerning a privacy request. You may also have rights to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where those activities occur and the law applies. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

11.Privacy and Data Deletion Requests

You may submit a privacy request, including a request to delete personal information, through the Privacy Request Form available on our website or by emailing privacy@selficai.com. The website form should be available at: https://selficai.com/privacy-request. If that URL changes, the current request mechanism will be linked from this Privacy Policy.

We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. Information collected for verification will be used for that purpose and related security or recordkeeping. We may deny or limit a request where permitted or required by law, including where information must be retained for security, legal, contractual, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes. If we process the relevant information solely on behalf of an enterprise customer, we may direct you to that customer or assist the customer as required by our agreement and applicable law.

We maintain records of privacy requests, including receipt date, request type, verification status, responsible owner, status, actions taken, and completion or response date. Where an applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal a denied request by replying to our response or contacting privacy@selficai.com with the subject "Privacy Request Appeal."

12.Children

The Services are intended for businesses and organizations and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through our business Services. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact privacy@selficai.com.

13.Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Selfic AI is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties that act outside our instructions or control. Review the applicable third party’s privacy notice before providing information directly to it.

14.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date and, where required, provide additional notice of material changes. Your use of the Services remains subject to any contractual terms applicable to your account.
